In order to effectively address skin issues, we recommend that a Consultation is your first port of call. This is what our clients love most and what is unique about Mortar & Milk. You will learn about your skin on a deeper level, and we will work toward creating the change your skin needs.

Your Therapist will take you through all aspects which may be affecting your skin down to lifestyle, gut health, bowel health and your current skincare routine.  We will also make recommendations towards a new skincare routine and changes to your lifestyle to combat skin issues.

Once you’ve made your purchase, a member of the team will contact you to organise a day and time.
