What are your opening hours?
We’re open Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

How do I schedule an appointment?

Where can I find you?
Our address is 5 Hoxton Square, London, N1 6NU which is a quick ten minute walk from Old Street, and a twelve minute walk from Hoxton station (London Overground).

Do you do gift vouchers?
Our team would be delighted to help you design the perfect programme for someone as a gift. Alternatively, call us on +44 (0)7543 821466 and we can send a gift voucher to an address desired. Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please also bring the gift voucher with you to your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes you need to cancel, however as we get so booked up please give at least 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Do I need to advise you of any health conditions before an appointment?
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your reservation. We also ask that if you have had a contagious illness such as a cold within the last 48 hours then please call to reschedule your appointment.

Can I have a treatment with sunburn?
If you are sunburnt we will not be able to treat your skin, so please call to reschedule your appointment.

Can I have a treatment with cold sores?
If you have a cold sore we will not be able to treat your skin, so please call to reschedule your appointment.

Do you treat Pregnant women?
We tailor our facials for expectant women or nursing mothers.

Do you treat children?
For treatments, children aged between 14-16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Young adults, aged 16-18 years must have written consent from a guardian.
